My wife and I enjoyed the experience completely. From the very beginning, the service and culinary attention to detail was impeccable. Each dish was special in presentation and the tastes were complex and surprising. The staff were attentive and Esteban was a delight. We will be back!

This was my first time dining at a Michelin star restaurant. The staff were amazing; they took my bags and provided excellent and friendly service, and described each dish clearly. The food was also beautifully presented. Overall the food was tasty but for me personally I was not blown away. I personally did not enjoy the fish dish and felt that the flavours for each dish tasted good but didn’t provide much surprise or unexpected flavours. However, I loved the desserts and the mushroom dish. The bread was also amazing and I don’t usually prefer bread. Was a very relaxing evening which I did enjoy. Would rate 4.5 stars if I could.

Booked Virtus for the NYE and also my partner’s birthday dinner. The restaurant design looks much better in real life. Nice atmosphere, good choice of music, friendly staff especially the 2 men who served us most of the time. Good wine list, creative menu, I’m very picky but they were attentive to little details. We had a wonderful evening! One little negative point, I didn’t like the main dessert, it wasn’t bad but it was confusing, a weird combination of pear and coconut, didn’t enjoy that at all.

Amazing food. The taste combination is top notch although one of the dishes was a bit salty due to the anchovies. The starting brioche was not great, crust was tough and dry. Attentive and knowledgeable staffs.

I wanted something special for my birthday and bumped onto Virtus. The service was very friendly which is unusual in Paris. We went for the 6 course with the wine for each dish. After the new year I wasn’t too keen on more drinking after the new years champagne but it brings out the delicacy of the food. We were surprised when we served a red wine with the fish with whites before but it was amazing . Overall we were amazed by the quality of the food, and the delicacy of the sauces. We had a great evening that will inspire us to be better amateur cooks. The esthetics of the restaurant were well chosen and the tiled floor was special. The lights on the table were a bit sharp but they were able to move us to another table with indirect lighting which suited us better. Overall, great service, amazing food and wine with a comfortable atmosphere.

It’s definitely worth a visit ! Warm welcome and service, clear explanation about all the dishes, the ingredients are very fresh and the tastes are diverse with affordable prices. Everything is at top, a veritable Michelin restaurant. Spend really good time during lunch. I’ll come back visit for sure.
